29th June to 4th July 2009 is Sustrans's 'Change Your World' week, asking people to swap just of one of their usual car trips and to walk, cycle, take public transport or car-share instead.

The simple message is that if we all drove just one less car trip a week, together we would reduce car traffic by 10%, giving as healthier journeys, cleaner air and quieter streets. The campaign shows that if we all take this one small step together it becomes one giant leap.

Last year over 8,000 joined in the campaignand gave their car a well earned rest during Change Your World week 2008. This year, and with your help, Sustrans would like to see thousands more get involved.
