At Walk London we have been involved in bringing walking up to speed (as it were) in being able to analyse the benefits of walking in terms of transport economics. We have used this to back up our walking bids and to justify and prioritise individual schemes. Anyone else been involved in this sort of evaluation and what were the lessons learnt?
