Examples of Maps

All the Walk4Life maps we have produced can be downloaded here as PDFs. They have been created for different projects with slightly different aims and budgets.


A series of active travel maps produced for Wokingham Borough Council designed to encourage people to walk more.

Green Exercise

Maps produced for the Green Exercise project - a free outdoors project in Doncaster, Hastings and Norwich, run jointly by The Conservation Volunteers, Mind and Walk England.

Camden Dr Maps

These were the first maps, and use the ever-popular 3-dimensional individually created base map. The maps are :

Tower Hamlets

Tower Hamlets loved the maps we did for Camden, but sadly didn't have enough money to pay for the 3-D maps, instead we used the same approach but used open source maps.


Tewkesbury's healthy town initiative, Count me In, also recognised the value of the maps, these versions were done to match the distictive project branding. 

London 2012

These maps have been designed to show walking routes around the Games venues, using the Legible London base maps. 


Our attempt to get those MPs walking more.
